Woohoo! Today we FINALLY got our pool filled with gunite. Seriously, it took them SO long. Originally they said they would have it done when we went to Maui... That was several weeks ago. Then it was going to be done last friday and that didn't work out. Then it was yesterday, then today at 7am. Then finally they settled on 11am and showed up at 12:00. Needless to say, my parents are not exactly super excited about this pool company. From what I've heard, the company is dumping the subcontractors that did the gunite because they have been real slow lately. Anyways, next comes the concrete deck and brick. Joy.

For those of you who remember from last year, the company I work for buys out Knotts Berry Farm for an entire night (7pm-1am) and closes it to the general public. That means that only employees and friends of employees are allowed in the park and all the rides are either super short or non-existant. Anyways, all of #teamslack is invited this time. I can get pretty much as many tickets as I want, at $13 each. That's not only way cheaper than regular Knott's prices, but the park will be closed! More information coming later. But keep that date open if you want to come. So far I can count on stock, maker, and hipsterdf to come.
